Planning a fun way to spend time with your family, friends or work team? Take a trip to the strawberries and the attractive agronomist Guntar Dzērve!

• Learn how the story of the August Strawberry began and August Strawberries’ attractive agronomist Guntars Dzērve will take guests into the exciting realm of strawberries, telling the secrets of their cultivation. During the season, you will learn the 5 basic secrets of strawberry growing using frigo strawberry plants in a 15-minute “Strawberry School”.
• During the tour we will tell you about the history of Mālpils gardening. If you wish, we will climb into the only vertical greenhouse in Latvia (built during the Soviet era and now renovated) and see the farm from above. It is not our farm, so you have to pay an extra EUR 3.00 per person.
• During the season, of course, there will be the opportunity to taste and buy strawberries. The strawberry season starts in May and lasts until the first autumn frosts.
• You can also buy strawberry plants and other plants from the farm.

The tour lasts up to 1 hour.

The price per person is EUR 7 for groups of 15 or more. If the number of people in the group is smaller, the fee for a 60-minute tour is EUR 100 plus VAT (regardless of the number of people).

Guntars Dzērve, the attractive agronomist of August Strawberries, will take you into the fascinating realm of strawberries, telling you the secrets of their cultivation. During the season, a 15-minute “Strawberry School” will teach you the 5 basic secrets of strawberry growing using frigo strawberry plants.

• Iveta Dzērve, the founder of the Centre, will tell you how the only Equine Assisted Therapy Centre in Latvia was established and why our horses are special Why can a horse help a person regain emotional balance?
• Cleaning up the horses, taking photos together.
• During the season, of course, there will be the opportunity to taste and buy strawberries. The strawberry season starts in May and lasts until the first autumn frosts.
• You can also buy strawberry plants and other plants from the farm.

The tour lasts up to 1 hour and 30 minutes.

The price per person is EUR 15 plus VAT for groups of more than 10 people.

If the group is smaller, the fee for a 90-minute tour is EUR 150 plus VAT, regardless of the number of people.
